My Philosophy
17 years in marketing has taught me one thing above everything else: you don't need to find your inner algorithm whisperer. You need someone to sort your ideas, build you a real strategy, and make content feel like something you can manage yourself, hand to your team, or delegate entirely. That's where I come in. I'm the marketing partner who'll keep it real, bring the plan, and throw in a rogue analogy or bad pun while we're at it.
Who am I?
I'm Jac, an outsourced marketing partner based in Townsville, working with business owners and growing teams Australia-wide to build brands that feel human and actually connect.
I started GROW Social Co in March 2022 with a two-week-old baby, my third, and no interest in playing it safe. Since then I've worked with businesses across industries and time zones, from solo owners to established teams, who were over feeling overwhelmed, sick of spinning their wheels, and ready to hand it off to someone who could just take the bloody thing and run with it. No corporate waffle. No 98-slide decks.
